Help. My pc won't start up?

    Some systems use F5 to go into safe mode so try that. Do you have a Windows disk or a repair disk

    f5 isn't working. yes, i have a repair disc. i already tried the system repair function but still, not working.

    i already saw it but still no luck.
    i tried to open it again and now it says: error loading operating system

    Is the Hard Drive detected in BIOS setup anywhere? If not try reinstalling it, check cables, or try another HD.

    If HD is detected test it with maker's Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure extended CD scan followed by Disk Check. Then test the RAM - Test with Memtest86+.

    Once hardware is confirmed proceed with the other steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot
