You should list what system you have whether it's a laptop or a desktop. Are you able to boot into safe mode (Safe Mode) and if so try and use system restore

Hi IsabellaYuan. Please list your system specs and type of your computer to earn more guides, OK?

I tried to open your Systeminfo.txt but I get this: "Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" It would be better if you go to your UserCP at the top of this page and fill your System specs (At least the ones you can) which you'll find at the top left of the UserCP page

I did download it by using "Save As" but it doesn't seem to contain the info needed. Also I forgot to ask what you mean by Safe Mode is not available did you you follow the tutorial and you have to start tapping F8 as soon as you start the PC. Does it go through POST when you start. Sometimes one has to try a few times to get into safe mode before it's successful and tap F8 continuously while it's starting to boot

Edit: It's OK now and the file downloads fine

how about the dxdiag that I've just uploaded?
i mean i really can't access safeboot, when i press f8 there's no safeboot option. there's just the underscore blinking.

Yes it does work now with the new file. Shut the PC down and start tapping F8 as soon as you turn it on even before you see the POST screen that always shows up at the beginning and keep tapping it. You have to tap F8 continuously not just once
