Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error

I keep getting this error whenever i boot up my laptop, it started about 2 weeks ago and its shows 'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way'. When i click OK or close, it says that windows explorer has stopped working and refreshes the entire desktop screen.

I have completely restored the laptop to its factory settings and this error is still showing. Does anyone have a solution to fix it?

The factory install of Win7 is always the worst possible install one can have. You can replace it with the very best by doing a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything needed is in the blue link.

Otherwise try reinstalling Visual C++ runtime, establish a Clean Boot, scan the logs and System Resources for errors and solutions, check System File integrity and the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 which may take as long to troubleshoot as doing the perfect install.
