Welcome to the forums thebad300!
Can't see the video, not sure if its "me" or not......... at my Sisters house right now and have a terrible net connection. Have you tried a sfc/scannow to check for and possibly repair any corrupted system files? I'll link a tutorial on how to do that if you haven't before. We have some very good tutorials written by some very knowledgeable people here.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
What concerns me most though is the BSOD you recovered from.
Did Malwarebytes or Spybot show any sign of Infection ... ? Realize the Laptop HD was the problem with your BSOD
yes both had picked up some minor threats and i just ran the sfc/scanow here is the txt from that https://www.dropbox.com/s/3n4yepiqlr...tails.txt?dl=0
Sounds like an infection or the actions of an antivirus/malware/spyware program you have on your PC.
What protection do you have on your computer? IE Malwarebytes, Spybot, Avast etc etc.. Name them all.
Can you uninstall Spybot and see if that fixes your issue?
Download Revo Uninstaller and uninstall Spybot. Make sure you delete all entries when prompted.
Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
Then I would use CCleaner to cleanup things around the PC. Run the cleaner AND the registry tool.
*Create a backup of your registry when prompted*

After doing that, I would perform a clean startup

(Also make sure you run the sfc scan as suggested by indianacarnie)
