    resistance is futile

Well, only things I would try left would be:
    - check the SAS configuration for bypassing warnings: Pause When Boot Alert Displayed - "No" (Global Properties)
    - Restore Defaults (Global Properties)
    - Boot Support: Try different options (Adapter Properties Screen)

I know, what a joke. Thanks for the suggestions.

See when I get the PC wiped and a nice clean install of Windows 7, will having this whole Raid thing going be that much of a disaster? Or is it something that shouldn't really affect me in a big way?

It's not really the end of the world if I can't delete it is it?

It will be an annoyance at most.

As it is now, do you need to press anything to bypass it or boot continue after some seconds?

As is, it goes to the Dell screen, then the next screen is the LSI screen that shows the two hard drives listed then after a few moments goes to the next screen which is the Starting Windows screen as far as I know. I don't have to press any keys on any of these screens to help it along.

Ok, then the only 2 options left are (in that order):
    - Restore Defaults (Global Properties)
    - Boot Support: Try different options (Adapter Properties Screen)

Hi, when you say Restore Defaults, do you mean in the BIOS? Load defaults right?

What are the other choices when you highlight Boot Support?

You don't need that adapter enabled for an OS.

Hey, no not in BIOS. In LSI SAS Configuration: 2 things to try
    - Alt+N = Global Properties - Restore Defaults (possible only restores the settings on this page)
    - Boot Support: I would first try - Disabled: Check warning and then whether HDD will show. If not try - OS Only: Check, try - BIOS Only (I doubt this will result in what we want)
