Is there a way to have a Favourites folder when opening files in apps?

    Hi

If you hit Ctrl+O from within most apps, it opens a browse dialog, with icons down the left for Recent Places, Desktop, Libraries, Computer, Network.

Is there a way to add a Favourites icon, where you can save links to folders that your frequently go to to look for files?

Collectively, I'm probably wasting about 15mins a day going up and down through the files directory to get to what I want.

Thanks for your time and help.

Hello Shaun, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You could use the tutorial below to replace one of the default locations with your "C:\Users\(user-name)\Favorites" folder. :)
