Bootmgr Missing Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7601

Its been a while since i visited this forum. Anyway my problem is here:

    Bootmgr Missing
Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart

-i did not make any changes on my computer (hardware/software) aside just doing a regular clean up physically on my computer. It worked for a week but suddenly i cant boot on my computer and getting that kind of error message. Unluckily, i cant even find my System Repair Disk for my system, but im currently using right now a disk for my laptop which is Windows 7 Basic, im not going to restore/ repair it using the disk since its not compatible at all but i managed to get a list of Advanced System repair tool using the disk.

What ive done so far is this:

The first thing i noticed my drive letter was changed from Operating System (C:\) to E:\ and out of nowhere a System Reserved Partition marked as drive C:\. I know that partition does not exist before. I tried to checked what is inside and what i have on it is:

    bootmgr (with an extension .FILE)
    bootmgr~2
    bootmgr~3
    bootmgr~4
    bootmgr~5

Im thinking the reason that i cannot boot on my computer because it was assigned to a different partition which is supposed to be the Operating System (C:\). So, i used the command line DISKPART and assigned the Operating System partition as active and the System reserved as inactive to checked if will work. After that I managed to return the drive letter C: back to the Operating System Partition and E: to the system reserved but still no luck .I also tried the tutorial here which is the:

    C:\Boot

    bootrec /FixMbr
    bootrec /FixBoot
    bootrec /RebuildBcd

    But i get Windows installation:0

The last thing that ived done wrong i guess is i Format the System reserved partition (Thinking it will not affect the entire system and will solve the problem). But still no luck

But i just read some forums that System Reserved partition is intended for booting the Windows properly.

To make the whole story short:

    1. How come that System reserved partition just appeared from nowhere? Will it really affect my system since i format the System reserved partition? Can i still possible make it work without having a fresh install?

    2. I believe it should work even though i already format it, because as what i said System reserved partition did not exist before on my system. Is there something wrong that ive done that is why im getting a Windows Installation:0 in bootrec command?

    3. I have a System Image backup as a last resort but that backup was last 2011 and i dont have any recent backups yet. If i will use the System Image backup, am i going to lost my current files(pictures, documents)? How about the system will it restore the original and fixed the issue and the System Reserved partition will be ignored? or it will be restored as well?

    4. What is my last option if none of those things work?

    Thanks a lot !
