a "ghost" left on my screen

Hey! I got help from here when my computer bluescreened, so I decided to ask for help on this problem aswell, I don't really know how to explain this, because if I try to take a princscreen, it doens't show up in that.
Anyways, whenever I right-click something to bring up the option menu, or whatever that's called, and select something from that, it leaves the option I selected and it only goes away if I run a game on "Fullscreen" setting. https://www.dropbox.com/s/34rizcr2p1...11131.jpg?dl=0 that blue thing, it says "Start taskmanager" in Finnish. Thanks in advance!

This usually means your monitors refresh rate is low, or your monitor is going bad.

Is it a crt monitor or flat screen?

Have you tried the auto button on your monitor to have it automatically suggest settings?

    Also try this option:

    Turn off all unnecessary animations

Yeah I have used the monitor's ""AUTO" setting thingy, now I tried disabling all unnecessary animations, will check back in a few days if it fixed it.
