Windows 7: Primary & Active Partition were blank

07 Nov 2014   #11

Are there any signs of life of the PC: fans, LED lights showing CPU or HD activity?

Try another monitor or plug an external monitor into a laptop.

If these all fail, unplug battery and power cord, drain power by holding power button. Then try powering up.

If still nothing on screen but other signs of life try resetting the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
