You may need to run Malwarebytes in Safe Mode. If it's still infected I would also run a boot disk like BitDefender to confirm it's clean.
Then try System Restore, Startup Repair or SFC from the Win7 disk provided in Step 6 of steps.
I've try malware but no affected after it when i want repair computer without disk its blue screen fatal system eror..
and i think my windows freeze i change wallpaper before run malware after i restart walpaper blank again
i will try with disk soon my win7disk not here now, is recovery with disk not formated disk?
------------
now i try bitdefender cant install with safemode?

This is why I said you need to use a boot disk. Download the WIn7 ISO for your licensed version and burn to DVD or flash stick with tool provided in Step 6 of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.
For the AV disks download the ISO and burn to CD with WIndows Image Burner.
You may also want to try Panda Cloud Cleaner - Panda Security
This will burn to a disk and allow you to scan your pc before boot regardless of what state windows is in.
I have never seen panda screw up a system but anything is possible.
If the disk prompts you to "Press any key to boot disk" and then it doesn't boot then it is not burned correctly. Make sure you download the full ISO file and then burn to disk using Windows Image Burner. It should be on the rightclick menu when you right click on the ISO files.
In the case of the Win7 disk it requires the special tool to burn to DVD or flash stick here: Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool
Then the command is not typed correctly. The spacing and characters must be exact.
Are you booted into the Win7 disk? Did you try Startup Repair and System Restore from System Recovery Options on the disk?
