Permission issues after trying to install a game

When What Why: Ok today few hours ago I was bored was looking into some mmorpg games that I could play and it all took me to Lord of the rings online site.
Downloaded their installer which pops up after registration at their site.
    Now hell begins!
I started the installer exe and it asked me if I wanted to install older version of happy cloud
but since I had the lastest release of it I thought well I don't need the old version...
By now game is asking me if I want some kind of standard install which would let me play sametime as I am installing the game OR if I want to go custom and I have to wait for the installation to finnish before I could play the game..
I have alot time on my hand so I went for custom.. picked my gaming folder and created a new folder through the application which I called same name as the game and pressed ok... and then next "BOM ERROR" "cannot install cause it could not find the specific folder" for some reason.
I thought ok so the application maybe cannot recognize the created folder through the application but if I make it manually then it might recognize, so I cancelled, created the folder and repeated the steps... still same error

I was like wth is wrong, then I thought screw this I just stick to the games I have... press on the exe " BOM ERROR"
Telling me that it cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

NOTE THAT THIS IS THE ERROR MESSAGE BUT THIS ONE IS NOT FROM MY COMPUTER

    THE ISSUE:
I went to the gaming folder... now there is a lock on it. WTF
I tryed to look in properties now it telling me read only ... I switch it off, press apply and ok
Still same error "double ", I look into props again it turned the read-only state back on again... after few fails I began looking for solutions.

    SOLUTIONS TRIED WITH FAIL:
    Take Ownership - Failed
    Unlocker - Failed
CMD "attrib -r +s m:\my path" "with and without registry changes" - Failed
    Reboot - Failed
    Drop UAC - Failed
    Uninstalling Happy Cloud - Failed
Virus scan with Bitdefender - Failed " no virus found "
    Reg clean - Failed

Only thing that worked so far is to change properties file by file making the administration account Im using to have full permission
The soultion that this video shows

Now the problems comes that in this folder there is more then 50gb worth of files from diffrent games which is shit loads of files.. I mean thanks to Unlocked I could delete a game and that game only was 22gb and had 33k+ files which took about 25-35mins for it to delete. Would take me ages to manually do this.
Anyone that can help me finding a fix?

BTW I cannot go to add and remove to uninstall softwares, games or anything that have been in that specific folder.. dont know yet if it has affected the whole HDD or not. And YES I am on administrator account infact it is the only account on this pc since I have disabled the guest.

    Sorry for my bad english!

To make long story short... folders locked to read-only and it cannot be switched off.

When You've tried all those things.............
You better first uninstall the game, do a Cleanup(CCleaner...etc) and re-install the game into a much spacious hard disk.

I couldn't install it in the first place.. and tried cleanup even though it didn't install... with both cclean and bitdefenders cleaner

    still no luck

    That sounds bad..

Try running a sfc/scannow. By seeing that image(MsiExec.exe error) , I suspect some system file is corrupt.

Still no hope.......? Try running the game in Compatibility Mode for X86(32-bit).I've observed some times the colors cause some GPU errors.Just in case.....
