Something happened, now lots of corruption in manifests etc

    Hi all
I suspect I had a dirty shutdown because of a power spike - now it seems a lot of files of my SSD have been corrupted.
I've run sfc /scannow and it reports a lot of unrecoverable errors.
I've run the KB947821 installer, and it also reports lots of missing files/manifests etc.

Is there a way to recover from this or should I just reinstall?

    Thanks in advance

Forgot I'd set up Acronis to do monthly image backups of my HDD aaaages ago, so was able to recover one

I'd still run a Disk Check for the affected drives.
