As I stated earlier the fault appears to be fixed now (after following "ChrashZones's" suggestions.
The only tweek I have done is as also stated above (unticked a service called "Bitlocker Drive Encription Service")
I was trying to explain that you didn't need to re-enable all of those startups since best performance is achieved with the fewest startups and the vast majority that sneak in don't really need to startup with Windows - only your AV, any sync, gadgets or stickies if you keep them open.

The list you gave is way overkill for protection or maintenance of a featherlight OS. I would only use the tools and methods in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 which compile everything that works best for Win7 and has been used by a million consumers without a single complaint.
