Properties on drive C shows less space than selecting all files.

    You can't go only by the files. You have to figure in the shadowstorage. Run this command:

    vssadmin list shadowstorage

    There you may find the difference (in Allocated)
    Used Shadow Copy Storage space: 0 B (0%)
    Allocated Shadow Copy Storage space: 0 B (0%)
    Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space: 1.117 GB (1%)
