Return Code Error Message?

Hello everyone, I have a quick question regarding an error message I am receiving when I try to open an Excel file. I get 2 different error messages, and I've never seen them before today.

They are probably related, saying that some VBA code (macro) failed. Is this a trusted file or do you allow macros for all files?
