Do these games work at all or is the black screen after playing for a period of time
I would check temperatures of system and gfx in particular and if they are ok try a gfx test program to see if you have any issues eg Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
Check your gfx drivers are up to date also

all drivers are up to date. Black screen comes if I have been playing like 5-7-10minutes .

These games work perfectly. Its my computers problem I think. By the way, my monitor starts up like in 10minutes. I have to wait like 10 minutes for desktop, my computer is ready in a minute but monitor can't keep up.

I will try this video card test and give you all the information you need.

    I have Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 @ 2.50Ghz processor.
    RAM: 4,00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399Mhz
Graphics: 1535MB NVIDIA GeFroce GTX 550 Ti

Given what you say it could well be a problem with the monitor, unusual but not unheard of

    test

when i started the FurMark video card test, my computer had shut down like in a minute ...

I ran a memory diagnostic test aswell it said no problems . So my memory should be okay.
