    Change the explorer startup folder?

I saw that suggestion to edit the pinned shortcut by adding a command line and a path but this for some reason create new instance on exeplorer.exe every time I close all folders and click on it again(or middle click while other folders are opened) When the shortcut is pointing directly to explorer.exe without command line, then everything is fine.
