Startup Issues! Windows Won't Boot Up

Just woke up, turned on the computer, now it doesn't even go as far as entering the OS.
Feeling a bit uneasy.. Went into system repair, went through with reverting to a previous state, still doesn't work.
I don't know why it's doing this, it was absolutely fine yesterday! Even restarted the system a handful of times due to updates and such and it worked perfectly, but for some reason now, a day later, it can't even load the OS properly! :S
I can enter safe mode just fine.

    *UPDATE*

I had reinstalled my OS just now, it's still happening, now I seriously don't know what to do.
The only thing I can think of right now is that my 'system reserved' partition is marked as active whilst my C: drive isn't, if anybody can shed some light on this issue that would be amazing seriously.
I honestly can't figure out why I have this issue!

Assuming you performed a perfect and accurate reinstall, you should have cleaned up any issues with the OS not booting. What type of errors are you receiving?

You would think,it's not so much errors more, just not booting.
It would either freeze at the 'starting windows' screen OR it would freeze after that screen, so just a black screen and nothing happens.
Usually there would be a clear cause that I can honestly say could be the reason but I had literally just reinstalled the OS in my last resort attempt to get rid of this problem, no luck as the problem is still there.

    *UPDATE*

I have reverted to a previous state where I can now enter the OS (even though nothing had really changed prior to), upon restarting system after updating windows (again) I'm given a message telling me that my 'operating system is missing'???
The confusion is too much! What and why?!
All I had done was update windows? Why is this happening it's driving me crazy!

Calm down and focus on doing a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to be sure that the OS is not at fault.

Take note at each step of install whether the freezing problems occurs, after install, after installing each group of Updates, after installing any missing drivers, after installing each program, and after each settings change.

If the freezing happens right off and doesn't let up after completing all steps then it's likely a hardware problem. Test the hardware from the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

But I had already reformatted and reinstalled the OS, thrice.
The first and second time it was the freezing at the starting windows screen or black screen.
The third time was my operating system is missing.
Bare in mind that all three times I had done the same thing which was reformat the drive, and install the OS, and then updating it.
I will most likely be testing the hardware at this point.
I'm going to attempt to fix the mbr before that and see if it moves.

All partitions should be deleted to clear the partition table. Formatting is not enough to clear the full partition table. When there are install issues or interference from the drive after install, it requires additionally Diskpart Clean Command to get it cleanest. Back up files first.

But if you compared your install favorably to the perfect install compiled in Clean Reinstall Windows 7
and are satisfied you handled drivers, patches, partitioning, etc. correctly then you can skip to the hardware tests in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

Sorry that's what I was supposed to say, yes I deleted it not reformat, I figured they were synonymous.
There is also nothing to back up, seeing as this drive is brand new and I had just installed the OS clean onto it.
Even if this wasn't a new drive I would say that telling me to back it up when I had already gone through the process of wiping everything off and reinstalling the OS thrice is extremely lagged advice aha..

    Easy stuckstuck.

Because you might of formatted a partition and not wipe the complete drive just to be careful it is always recommended to backup anything on that drive.
If you don't have anything on the drive you want, obviously you don't need to do a backup.

This kind of posting is not needed.

Formatting a partition or drive is not the same as wiping them.
Google the definitions of both formatting a drive and or partition and wiping a drive.

Apologies if you got offended, I honestly didn't intend for that.
And just to make clear, I knew what you ment when you had said to wipe the drives,
my poor choice of wording on my part.
The only other way I could wipe the drive is if I thoroughly write zeros throughout the entire drive, although I don't think it's necessary seeing as I had just got this drive, also nothing is on it besides the OS.
I've never ran into a problem like this before I just can't figure it out, the only thing I could think of at this point is that there is something wrong within the hardware department.
