Flashing log-in screen, LogonUI.exe

    I have a home build system. Getting the same flashing at the windows login. I called Bitdefender after reading about all the people that have it (as well as me) and they knew of no issue.
    Able to get into safe mode and use it without issue.
    I did a system restore and can now get in although it said ir failed to do the restore..lol.

    Like i said; at this point from what i can tell; the first thing to try would be to do a system restore back to a date before these issues started happening.

    Starting Windows in safe mode and repairing Bitdefender worked for me. Control Panel->Programs->Bitdefender->Repair

    I can confirm that this BITDEFENDER REPAIR solution fixed the problem in my case, allowing me to login outside safe mode!
