Bitdefender update went out this morning and killed something.

Lucky me I always have system restores fail on me and not change a thing. Now what, bitdefender?

However the Startup repair and registry Repair utilities failed to find any problems. Found the fix: boot from the Windows 7 recovery disc, go to command prompt and replace the user32.dll file on the computer. Reboot and voila! Everything works again!

Not really a fix for us because we are looking at a lot of affected systems right now spread over a wide area (multiple locations).

so any solution about bitdefender?

Sadly I don't have a windows 7 recovery disk. Is there such a thing as a downloadable version of it? The dll I mean
