The error is still pretty much the same...
    Code:
    2014-12-09 15:24:52, Error                 CSI    000000fe (F) STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND #3599771# from Windows::Rtl::SystemImplementation::DirectFileSystemProvider::SysCreateFile(flags = (AllowSharingViolation), handle = {provider=NULL, handle=0}, da = (SYNCHRONIZE|FILE_READ_ATTRIBUTES), oa = @0x283cc80->OBJECT_ATTRIBUTES {s:48; rd:NULL; on:[118]"\??\C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-console.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_en-us_da1674175c00c52f"; a:(OBJ_CASE_INSENSITIVE)}, iosb = @0x283cc60, as = (null), fa = 0, sa = (FILE_SHARE_READ|FILE_SHARE_WRITE|FILE_SHARE_DELETE), cd = FILE_OPEN, co = (FILE_SYNCHRONOUS_IO_NONALERT|0x00004000), eab = NULL, eal = 0, disp = Invalid)

    I've uploaded a file - tmiaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
    Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
    At the prompt type
    DIR C:\tmiaa
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
    DIR D:\tmiaa
    or
    DIR E:\tmiaa

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

    XCOPY <drive>:\tmiaa <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

    (e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
    EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

The error still appears to be the same
...but it's actually different if you look closely...
    Code:
    2014-12-09 17:39:47, Error                 CSI    00000058 (F) STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND #1201640# from Windows::Rtl::SystemImplementation::DirectFileSystemProvider::SysCreateFile(flags = (AllowSharingViolation), handle = {provider=NULL, handle=0}, da = (SYNCHRONIZE|FILE_READ_ATTRIBUTES), oa = @0xb6cb20->OBJECT_ATTRIBUTES {s:48; rd:NULL; on:[122]"\??\C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-consolehost.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_en-us_721c93346b019af5"; a:(OBJ_CASE_INSENSITIVE)}, iosb = @0xb6cb00, as = (null), fa = 0, sa = (FILE_SHARE_READ|FILE_SHARE_WRITE|FILE_SHARE_DELETE), cd = FILE_OPEN, co = (FILE_SYNCHRONOUS_IO_NONALERT|0x00004000), eab = NULL, eal = 0, disp = Invalid)

The error is now for a different file altogether!

    I'll post another fix later.

not easy to tell - it could be corruption caused by disk problems.
    we can check that...

    Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
    Save the file as Appevt.evtx
    Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

It seems you only exported the one event, rather than all of them please try again.

Your hard drive is almost certainly failing - at an accelerating rate

You need to back up your data NOW - to external media - and plan to replace either the HD or the computer.

Currently, the log shows only two 'bad sectors' - but you need to be aware that Windows doesn't even see these problems until all the drive's own backup/self-repair systems have been overflowed. Consequently, it's likely that the real number of problems is in the hundreds.

It's definitely time to save up for a hardware replacement of one sort or another.

OMG! I didn't expect this . Can you please recommend software for back-up or how to do it?.

i guess this means that even formatting the hard disk will not solve it!

Thank you again for your help
