Windows 7: Wrong Boot Screen

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1, Windows 8.1 Pro x64, Windows 10 Pro x64
 
 

I had this occur a while back and after repairing it, I backed up the BCD (boot files) using Easybcd. Then the next time it occured, all I had to do was to update the BCD from the backup.

He is right, I just tried this today on my dual boot tech machine.

If i take my graphics card out of mobo i get the old boot screen.
