PC freezes and produces buzzing sounds

Hello again..

New symptoms have been popping up in the last couple of days since I last posted which have been popping up a lot more frequently (going back a couple months now as well).

The first problem which is brand new, is that the freezes now are NOT creating the high pitched buzzing noise. I'll still have to hard reset to 'correct' the problem. This has started over the last 3-4 days.

The second problem, which I'm not sure is related but could potentially be, is that my mouse will 'die' and I won't be able to move the cursor without unplugging/plugging it back into an USB plug. Sometimes this won't work while other times just waiting will correct the problem. This has also started with my keyboard in the last couple of days too..

This problem has now developed in my keyboard not working where it feels like the keys have 'shifted' one key to the right where none of my letter keys will work at all or prompt other keys registering (if I press 't' it'll function as a 'y' - not the reality, but hopefully this gets the point across...). This is ALSO happening to my mouse tonight, where if I left-click on a thumbnail it'll prompt a save on the .htm file (which I'm assuming is the picture on a news story for example).

So with my limited knowledge, would this be a motherboard problem? Or are the diagnostic results that I posted a couple weeks ago telling of another problem?

Any help would be appreciated since I have no idea what's going on anymore...

Would there be any additional tests anyone can recommend me do?

I tried the ESET scanner and there were four objects that were considered potentially unsafe. There's a .txt file that's include with the appropriate files.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'correcting' the msconfig Services and Startup. If you meant turning off programs on startup then, like I had mentioned in my initial post, I turned off everything -but- my Avira Internet Security and was still experiencing lock-ups. I'm not sure if this would be useful but the 'Web Protection' has created stifled internet speeds and turning it off resolves the problem. Again, not sure if this would have any baring on the topic but just thought I'd mention it (pic included in attachments).

With that being said, I have not removed AVG.exe as it's part of my anti-virus program (please refer to post#9, 2nd attachment). Based on the attachment and uninstall programs list located in the control panel, I see no other avira-based programs seen.

In the interm, I'll do another ESET scan while turning off my Avira while idling. If you think that this would be a problem with the anti-virus program, would you happen to have any recommendations on a better service?

Lastly, while reading through similar problems in the forum, I tried using the TweakBit driver updater service (pic included in attachments). Are these services relatively trusted? Or is it primarily a waste of time?

In addition to my previous post, I've been scouring other threads to see if anything would help in my predicament and there were two things that stuck out to me:

-Could voltage to the RAM, CPU, or other parts be a problem? 7-8 months ago I put this computer together, and while I did not tinker with the motherboard or update the bios, I have seen a few threads mention that the voltage on the RAM could be a problem? In the same vein, could out of date mobo drivers or bios be a problem? Tweakbit said my drivers are out of date, but I chose the most recent driver on the ASUS website...

-Are crash reports only inherent to BSODs? Or do they also apply to system freezes/hard locks? If the later is correct, I have no crash reports to show for all the trouble I've been having.

Help and suggestions would be appreciated.

It wasn't my intention to 'not follow instructions' as I had indicated that AVGuard.exe was a part of the Avira Anti-virus program. Mentioned previously already, this was indicated in post #9, so I didn't want to remove it as it was a part of the program itself. With that being said, it was not intention to avoid help. To re-iterate, AVG(uard) is a part of Avira, and is not a secondary anti-virus program.

I've already conducted a full scan of my system with Avira with no detections post-uninstall of the Tweakbit. I am currently running a scan via ESET Online Scanner. I was only trying to find similar threads based on my problems since this thread had been quite inactive the last month. After this next pass with ESET, I'll uninstall Avira and do a pass or two via MSE. I've never used MSE before, is it a sufficient program for active blocking of malware on websites, etc? I avoid any scrupulous websites, but I've visited popular websites and had stuff pop up before.

Correct. I do not see any BSOD screen upon the computer freezing/hard locking. When the freeze happens, I'll still see my desktop, video, word doc, etc while my peripherals do not respond which is followed by a buzzing noise via my headphones. I'm assuming, as a result, that since I do not see a BSOD screen, I'm unable to receive any crash dumps/reports? I've followed the instructions via your second link by using DMLog Collector and SF Diagnostic Tool and they cannot find any dump files. If you think it'd be advantageous, I can revisit this upon your request.

Upon further instruction, I'll uninstall Avira, install and update MSE, scan once/twice, and will report if I get another freeze.

Again, apologizes if I was making this more difficult it, it wasn't my intention. Just gets stressful when your in 3 hours deep of work and you're always worried about losing it all/having to save every couple minutes.
