Memory Leak - Seems it's an Vqlzqgqwoov.exe - Please Help

Hello there. My name is Matt and I wasn't sure where exactly to put this. If this is the incorrect forum, I apologize.

Before I go on, this is what I'm currently on.

    Dell Laptop, Inspiron 1545
    Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20 GHz 2.20 GHz
    Installed Memory (RAM): 4:00 GB
System Type: 64 -bit Operating System
    Windows 7 Home Premium

In the past day or two, my computer has acted wonky. I can still play stuff fine (I am Not a Gamer, so it has nothing to do with video games...I mean I can play youtube, etc. fine so far)...but every minute or two all of the icons somewhat blink and it's slower. It seems as if Memory is Leaking.

Then I went to Task Manager and clicked on Processes. It seems that something called Vqlzqgqwoov.exe is the problem. It keeps popping up, more than one, and it's like they build up. If I go to one and say End Process, another pops up. This annoyance makes it so my cpu usage reaches up to 100%...

I hate this Vqlzqgqwoov.exe and I don't even get what it is. On description it says 'Google Chrome'...but I've never used Google Chrome and I have never downloaded (so I can't just simply 'click uninstall). And again, when I end one process, another begins. Even when I try to go to the file location of the Vqlzqgqwoov.exe and try to get rid of it...it says 'it can't because it's currently being used on Google Chrome...when I DON'T even have Google Chrome at all!'

    Please help.

That's a very suspicious sounding process name, i would start by running AV and malware scans and see what it finds

If all comes back clean then I would try a clean boot to get windows to load just running critical processes and functions without any third party software, see if you can get that process gone
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Can you let us know where the exe is residing

I realized what it was. It was a 'fake Google Chrome Virus' so I went into safe mood to remove it. And so far it's working fine. It was in the LowMem...again, going into safe mode and pinpointing/removing it helped a lot. Thank you though.
