    @Layback Bear Im just uninstalling the McAfee so I will see if it works without it.
    + this just happened to me XD

    McAfee is sure a strange thing. Turd fits McAfee quite well.

    NOTE:

    T U D are upper case and just the r is lower case.

    If this doesn't work you will just have to go to a Clean Install.

    Unfortunately it didn't quite work again... it gives me that same error as before.

    ~is there anything I should do before a clean install?

    I am sorry to not tell you in advanced but I currently just set my computer to factory standards however I thank the help of you two so much for what you have given me. I used the dell helpline and they told me the only thing I could do was just to set it back to factory settings...
