Win 7 wants to install program when it boots up

I installed a program WYSIWYG web building program. I built another computer with Windows 7 ultimate 64bit 8gig ram

Now when windows boots up to the desktop the install screen comes on for me to install the program. Is there some place that this program is hiding a file associated with the web program to cause this.

Its not the program loading to run it but a screen to start the install, if i uninstall the program then it does not happen.

nothing is there for that program like i said it does not want to run the program but install it with the install window

I dont see anything in schtasks.

It has to be something that is setting off the setup.exe file to try and install. I already have the program installed. All I do is cancel the install window and all seems fine. Like I stated I uninstalled it and all is ok no install window but if its installed then I get the install window on the desktop when windows finishes booting
