    it is saying.But I couldn't solve anyway.I've tried everything from youtube & google support.I tried sfc scan,regedit,cleared the key of winrar etc.No successful result.

    If it was my computer the first thing I would do is this Tutorial by Brink.
    It's a way of checking Windows 7 System files.Please read carefully.
