Moving Windows 7 boot drive to USB
I've got two related problems. But I'll start with the laptop. I want to put Linux on it as my core OS but I don't want to lose the original OS (windows 7 64-bit)
So I've moved the hard drive to a USB3.0 drive cage. When it boots I get a blue screen of death (even on the recovery screen)
So what do I need to do to get windows 7 to boot from a USB drive so I don't have to keep taking the laptop a part to put the "original" hard drive back any time there's a need to load up windows.
