Moving or copying a user profile

does anybody know a way, or if it is possible, to copy a user profile from one user to another?

I originally set up a user on win7 with admin privileges but now want to use the built in admin account but would like to move all my tweaks and desktop configuration to the built in admin account, is this possible?

Yes, just log into the account you want to use and from in there, copy all the files below the other accounts user name to the user name of the account you want to use. It will take a while but it should work.

After it is done and you verify everything has transferred over and is working properly, you can delete the account you copied from.
