Yeah, I suppose happy wasn't the best word for the ending.
The RMA should tell you how to return the board, if not call GIGABYTE and ask them how they want it packaged.
The original box plus a shipping box is probably what they will tell you.
Some, but not all send you the shipping materials.
Some, but not all pay for return shipping.
Only GIGABYTE can tell you for certain.
I wouldn't worry too much if it's faulty - if it tests ok at GIGABYTE and they ship it back they're responsible for it until you get it. If it's still flakey, keep sending it back until you get satisfaction. Most vendors are really good about RMA'd equipment.
It's frustrating, but better to know that you have a good board than to deal with crashes.
