User Profile/Account problem (can't login to original admin account)

I'm the only user on this laptop and my admin account was called "HybridPC" and I disabled the windows login screen. (Turn computer on and goes right to desktop). One day the welcome screen popped up out of nowhere and I had to login. I tried disabling the login screen to where it was before and now I've screwed things up royally. I cannot login to my original admin account or find it. All the files are still there on my C:\Users\HybridPC folder, but I've lost the profile and user.
I think I messed things up further by trying to create/delete other new user accounts. I've attached 3 screenshots showing my C:users folder, User account screen and the netplwiz.exe profiles.

I've been adding/deleting and can't get back to square one. I don't see my user at all on the welcome screen.
    Thanks for your help! :)

Top User Folder is new today and odd looking as I was attempting to fix on my own.

Hello tytlyf, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Let's start to see if you disabled or deleted your "HybridPC" by using the tutorial below to get details about all accounts on your computer while you are logged in to your "Admin" account, then post back with them. Afterwards, we can go from there. :)

Bad news. It looks like you deleted your "HybridPC" account since it's not listed in the details above.

Since the user folder for that account is still intact, you could try doing a system restore using a restore point dated before your deleted the account to restore the registry and hopefully that account.

If that is not an option or doesn't help, then you would need to create a new account for yourself to use instead. You can copy over any files (ex: documents, pictures, etc...) you needed from within the "HybridPC" profile folders to the new account though.

If you had created a system image before this happened, then you could do a system image recovery to restore the system to how it was when the image was created.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't mind copying over the files to a new admin account with a new name. This current account could work fine (name is first in the C:\User list.) As long as I can have admin privileges and not have to login at a welcome screen everytime I turn on the computer I'm good to go regardless of the User account name. What would you recommend to clear up some unneeded user accounts or to just get all the files under one account?

Edit: System restore says I haven't created any restore points and I don't have an image created either.

You technically only have one user account enabled right now, and that's the built-in elevated "Administrator" account that looks like you renamed to "Admin".

That account is fine to use, but be warned that it is an elevated account that means that everything that runs while you are logged in to that account will also run elevated with unrestricted access to the whole computer.

Understood. Would there be an easy way to transfer all the files undernearth C:\Users\HybridPC to the current Admin folder?

I saw this tutorial but I have more or less of the file names mentioned

Copy files to the new user profile

Log on as a user other than the user whose profile you are copying files to or from.
In Windows Explorer, click Tools, click Folder Options, click the View tab, click Show hidden files and folders, click to clear the Hide protected operating system files check box, and then click OK.
Locate the C:\Documents and Settings\Old_Username folder, where C is the drive on which Windows XP is installed, and Old_Username is the name of the profile you want to copy user data from.
Press and hold down the CTRL key while you click each file and subfolder in this folder, except the following files:
    Ntuser.dat
    Ntuser.dat.log
    Ntuser.ini
On the Edit menu, click Copy.
Locate the C:\Documents and Settings\New_Username folder, where C is the drive on which Windows XP is installed, and New_Username is the name of the user profile that you created in the "Create a New User Profile" section.
On the Edit menu, click Paste.
Log off the computer, and then log on as the new user.

Nar, you don't want to do that, and copy everything. Doing that could corrupt the "Admin" profile.

Instead, you would only want to copy over specific files. For example, files you wanted in your Music, Documents, Videos, etc.. folders.
