    Hidden Recycle Bin

    BullGuard vulnerability scans regularly show as 'highly critical' vulnerabilities old copies of programmes (e.g Adobe Reader, Apple iTunes, etc) located at e.g. C:\$Recylce.Bin\Temp1623\$RXK7T5E\C\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe. They don't show in the Recycle Bin. Any idea how I can delete these?

    It appears you are showing a run-on path with 2 separate locations;
    C:\$Recycle.bin...
    C:\Program Files...
    Is that correct?

    Hello GeofBu, and welcome to Eight Forums. :)

    You may have an issue or corrupted Recycle Bin. You might see if using METHOD ONE in the tutorial below for the same "C:\$Recycle.bin" may be able to help. Afterwards, scan again to see if still reports this.
