My Win 7 Displayed Like Win XP

After restarting my PC, my desktop looks like Windows XP.

My OS is MS Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.

Do anyone know how to change the display back to normal Windows 7 display?

Right click on desktop > Personalization > Choose Aero Theme
