my pc can not boot and problem of "Winload.exe"

My pc "acer" has a big problem lately, so I tried to repair it using a Windows CD 7. The problem instead of solving the first problem that was blocking the repair phase of the system, I am falling in another. Now, I can not boot my pc, I get a message of a lack or a damage of file "Winload.exe". I tried to tap the F8 but it does not work.
Will you help me solve this problem? I have very important documents in the PC and I can not format it.
Thank you in advance.

Work through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
which try everything that can be done to start the OS, leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Acer eRecovery Using ALT - F10 or do the superior Clean Reinstall Windows 7

thank you for your reply.
the problem is that I can not boot the system, the first window I receive at startup of the system is a black Ekron indicating the lack of "File: \ windows \ system32 \ winload.exe"
so I can not demarager formatting with upgrading the system.
there are other ideas.

This is why boot disks are provided to disinfect and then try to repair the OS from boot, or if necessary rescue your files to run Recovery or Reinstall.

You do not need to boot into Windows to do these, as the disks can function on their own once you boot them: How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube

So ignore the error it gives and focus on booting disks to attempt repairs in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
