Black screen with mouse after disk defragment

Yesterday Disk De fragment was ran, afterwards computer was restarted. However upon restarting computer, black screen with mouse was the only thing that came up. Here are the things I have tried so far:

1. Booted in Safemode- Problem NOT present.
2. Booted normally, pushed cntrl+alt+del -force closed explorer.exe, re-opened explorer.exe-system starts fine with desktop and start bar coming up.
3. Attempted to repair using windows 7 install disk- no problem found.
4. Ran Ad-adware and Avast scanners, no problems found.
5. Ran sfc /scannow - no issues found. I have ATTACHED sfc results
6. Downloaded and installed System Update Readiness tool and re-ran sfc /scannow - no issues found
7. Ran sfc /verifyonly -no issues found.

Apparently I have never created a system restore point so that is out of the question.
Yesterday before running the Disk Defrag I was un installing old programs and deleting old pictures and videos but I did not mess around in Windows folder.

Right now computer is still usable, Just have to restart explorer to get rid of black screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Try running a full Disk Check.

Unfortunately our options are limited with no System Restore points as you have no ability to go back before the problem arose, unless you have a System Image backed up which is the modern way to reinstall.

Otherwise you can work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 and if nothing gets resolved then I'd do a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7 which steps that compile everything that works best for Windows 7, and have been used by over a million consumers without a single complaint or return here with problems.
