The SHA-1 hashes are the same for both, therefore, they are the same. The differences between Digital River and Technet versions are in the name only.

    Hi,
Last I heard all digital river iso's for win-7 were removed
Microsoft themselves handle requests for qualifying peoples needs for iso win-7 :/
    Cheers.

Has anyone gotten Microsoft Software Recovery to work, which was to have replaced Digital River downloads?

Nope both my machines came with Vista so a 7 iso wouldn't work with those manufacture keys anyway,
I have disks for 32 and 64 but have to use Shawn's bat file first to activate the 32 bit upgrade license key after the install.
Oops thanks again for that bat file Shawn :)
64 bit is good to go.

It discusses more in depth how to obtain Reinstallation media in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7
which compiles everything that works best to get and keep a perfect install based on tens of thousands of them we've helped do here.

Nope, I have tried with at least 10 licences and there is always a problem. Not available in your langugae, invalid entry, please check and try again. I have a huge collection of ISO spread over my main set of machines for back up reasons. I no idea why it will not work. I am using Firefox.........wonder if I should try IE11?

    EDIT

Heck, made no difference. Put in an Ultimate key, tells me to use a key supported by this website. Used my Toshiba Laptop Home Premium key and it rejected that with the same message. If this is "SUPPORT" for end users it is a funny way of showing it. I find it incredible that they Microsoft would treat their largest group of end users in this manner.

My understanding is you must use Internet Explorer to get the download.

Contemptible, silly, and unfathomable if true.
