Explorer.exe crashes when connecting to W-Lan at my university

Hello together,

I hope you can help me with a very special problem.

When I try to connect to the W-Lan at my university explorer.exe crashes all the time after entering my username and password. My normal W-Lan connection at home is working well. The only difference between the two is, in my opinion, the encryption (WPA Enterprise vs. WPA-Personal).

I created a dump file as described in "Troubleshooting Explorer.exe Crashing Issues".

I hope you can help me and this is the right forum!

Thanks in advance!
