add remove programs in two parts

When I bring up add remove programs using control panel not all programs are showing only the ones I installed the last few times,

Now if I press start --all programs --the installed programs are showing and still work,--the ones recently installed are not showing in this place .

As they all still run I am curious what happened orb how to correct it
