start menu atu changes on mouseover

suddenly their is issue when i move mouse over all program i shows all with out clicking it and when mouse over back automatically shift to back???

Enable hardware auto-updating via Windows Update (Steps 3 and 6) to Check for Updates, install all Important and Optional, with reboots, until no more are offered.

Adjust your mouse settings in Control Panel.
