    App icon picture not showing or is currupted HELP FIX!


    Hello everybody I'm having a really bad problem, some of my applications like in the picture are not showing or is corrupted and I was wondering if you guys could help me fix this problem because its really annoying.

    Does the shortcut still work?

    For now, you might see if rebuilding the icon cache may help. :)

Please please please help! It looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/dNTn5.png I tried rebuilding the icons cache, but it didn't work. I also tried system restore, but it didn't work also.

My external HDD's icon is messed up, please help me to get it back to normal. I have tried to set a custom icon but it did not worked, I created an autorun file.

Folder icon messed up

i want the default icons windows 7 gives you cuz i dont care much for themes but i was bored and looked at one installed it didnt like it so i got rid of it but my icons for the folders have not changed (i have tried restoring them back to default) idk whats wrong with it but its bugging me alot ...
