Latest update causing applications to remain 'always on top'

As of these last few days, I've been noticing that some applications appear to be stuck in 'always on top' mode for some weird reason. For example, I know applications like Windows Task Manager has an "Always on top" feature, but this seems to be happening with almost every other application at random.

Even Google Chrome is remaining on top for some reason, and I cannot even get to Windows Explorer unless I shift + win + arrow key (to move it to another monitor) or unless I minimize Google Chrome.

Has anyone been experiencing this lately or have any suggestions as to how to fix this?

None here, but we don`t run Enterprise.

If this is an employers PC, you should address all questions to your IT department.

Actually, I am running Windows 8.1 Pro, and I've posted in the wrong thread. Woops.

Correct. Unfortunately I do not switch my profile settings here every time there's a chance within my OS and other details listed. Even just removed a 3 year old signature ^_^.

Won't be using Windows 7 again anyway, but I'll keep that in mind for eightforums :P.
