Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Try uninstalling the Norton bloatware long enough to see if it helps, consider running one of the recommended AV's which give no problems to Win7.

    Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

When the computer runs slow, can you open Task Manager and see which process is consuming high CPU? Also, start the computer in Safe Mode with Networking and then run a scan with the free Norton Power Eraser tool: http://www.Norton.com/npe

    Thanks!
