Computer crashes after window 7 logo

I thought I had everything worked out, but this morning I turned on my computer and it crashes after the Windows 7 logo screen. It goes to the blue screen then comes to another screen which gives me the option of starting Windows normally or repair, if I click "normally" It crashes again, if I click repair, I go to startup repair. But I can't select anything because my keyboard and mouse would connect/load. So I can't even get to command prompt or anything. How do I get my keyboard and/or mouse to connect? They are usb,and I have tried holding left click down, nothing. Any help??

Go into safe mode and disable all startup programs (in msconfig > Startup tab). Then see wht that yields.

But I was able to get my mouse and keyboard to work now. Wierd. So went to command prompt, did biotech.exe/ForMer, completed successfully. What now, any other commands??
