Cannot "Start Windows Normally" (endless reboot)

I was using my computer, then the screen froze and the computer crashed. I turned my computer on and I was given the choice "Start Windows Normally", or "Safe Mode". If I choose "Start Windows Normally" the computer will restart before I see a log-in screen, but I can start in "Safe Mode". When I start in safe mode the following message is displayed:

Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033
    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 116
    BCP1: FFFFFA8008D39010
    BCP2: FFFFF8800499F978
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 0000000000000002
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

If you need more information please ask.
Can you help me fix this?

From looking around, 116 seems to be the video. I would download the latest video driver and put it on a usb stick. Boot the machine into safe mode and uninstall the current video driver. Reboot into safe mode and install the new driver. If that doesn't work you can go back into safe mode, fire up msconfig and select diagnostic boot, which will only load basic drivers, in case it's a different driver at fault. It could be a hardware issue as well, but this is a good place to start.
