windows 7 slow, programs crash and slow startup

Hi, this is my first post and I am somewhat desperate if you could help it's highly appreciated also sorry about my english

Well, the trouble began about 3 days ago, in the morning I turned on the PC, used it for a while to play and websurfing and then suspended it. Later that same day turned it on again and noted it was working very slow, aplications began crashing and I had to close them especially happening with windows explorer and firefox and also noted most programs took longer than expected to open, I tried restarting and I realized that also took longer to boot.

I Searched the Internet and tried some solutions without success; ccleaner never finished the search and analysis of registration, the fast scan of windows security essentials took much more than usual and did not find anything, then tried the sfc / scannow and also malwarebytes scan command but none of the two could finish since my pc froze completely.

To top it off, apparently one of these attempts to solve the problem caused more, because when trying to turn it on again it sent me straight to recovery, showing the message "startup could not repair the problem" and "MissingOsLoader". luckily I could go into windows again making a system restore (to a January date) from an external drive, but the initial problem continues

I have now completed the sfc / scannow command but it hasnīt found problems and ccleaner remains unable to finish scans

sorry for the long post, thanks in advance

Perform a Clean Startup - is the startup time improved?

Stop using CCleaner for now. It won't fix anything.

Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

As soon as you can get into Safe Mode run the full scan with Malwarebytes and SFC, proceed with other steps to try everything possible to start Win7.

If this is still the bloated HP factory install that is the worst install of Win7 possible, so you'd be better off to skip to rescuiing any files, then do the vastly superior Clean Reinstall Windows 7.
Be sure to read the Special Note to HP Owners at the end.

    Hi thanks for answering

Sadly i cant startup again, not evenn in safe mode, now everytime i select my account and introduce the password the computer stays in the loading (or logging in) process and goes no further. I tried again with the system restore but did nothing this time, after it though I tried to log in again and it showed me a message like: <there was an error in the user profile service> <couldnt log in>

I am willing to do a system recovery now if thats going to solve the trouble but the last time i tried to go to it using f11 the pc did a neverending startup repair first, after 3 and a half hours of it not showing any advance i turned off and went to bed

Btw yes my install is still the fatory one, and this computer had never give me this much trouble. Sorry to be such a newb but i dont know what to do
