I've got it reinstalled, but it's doing the same thing. Can someone please help me get this sorted?

Okay. I will do that as soon as I get through running the sfc scan.
SFC said it didn't find any integrity violations.
Wasn't this yesterday's reinstall - not the PC in thread title?
Did you create a new Gmail Mail app acct, check Over its settings?

Yes, Greg I did all of that. I still can't get it to stop saying it needs attention.
Yes, it was yesterday's reinstall/refresh.
I fixed it. This is what I did. 1.) Disconnect from internet. 2.) Open the Mail app. 3.) Go to accounts. 4.) Find the email that says it needs attention. 5.) Select/Tap it and then remove.
