In the above attachment, why does it show those numbers besides the shortcuts, I don't understand. I cleaned the start menu shortcuts with CC cleaner and the menu gets empty, when I try to add them from all programs to pin them to start menu again it shows icon with (2) or (3). If I try to rename it it says it already exists but I don't see it.
How do I reset the menu?
You have multiple shortcuts of the same thing, it adds the (1) on the first one and so forth.
yes how can I remove those shortcuts which I cannot see in the menu
when I try to rename it by omitting (2) it displays this msg: There is already a file with the same name in this location
one solution I found is I completely uninstalled the program and when I reinstalled it the problem is solved
but I cannot uninstall all the programs and install them. There should be other way to solve this
