Disable CMD, Control Panel, Run question

    Hello,

I'm currently working on a Windows 7 system for someone but I have a problem/question.

The account has 3 accounts, one "systemadministrator", one "administrator" and one "normal user". The normal user MUST not have access to the control panel, not have the permission to use "run" or "cmd" and things like "regedit".

I've changed something (I don't know what) but even the "(system)administrator" can't access the Control Panel now.

Any help and ideas about how to fix this are welcome.

    Kind regards,
    Dropbox

    Hi Dropbox,

Are all users on the machine unable to access the Control Panel, or just the systemadministrator account? What is the exact error message you receive upon attempting to open a Control Panel?
