    Move Items Around


    Hope I can describe this. For instance when I have a folder or file on my desktop and want to slide it to another location,it does not move the item but shows outlined shadow and it will go to the proper location,,just not moving the folder until the shadow is gone. I would like to move the file by dragging. Sorry for this explanation.
