Depending on what IOBit found and removed you might do a repair install to get a fresh start,
Make sure you activate windows before running updates too it goes better or make sure windows is indeed activated Start/ Control panel/ System/ On the bottom see if it says activated and genuine.

You may have already ruined Win7 with the Advanced System Care tweaking that it won't tolerate as a featherlight OS.

It is also misinformed to think that uglifying the display to WIndows95 will save any performance whatsoever. Aero uses no more resources than without Aero - often uses more to turn it off. If a display cannot support Aero it will not turn it on.

What I would do is invest in a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7 following the steps in the blue link that have been used by over 1.3 million+ consumers without a single complaint or return here with problems IF they stick with the tools and methods given. Be sure to wipe all partitions during the booted install, follow closely how drivers are handled in a driver-complete OS.

It can't be posted to many times.

Don't use any IOBit products ever.

I think IOBits is the Chinese way of getting even with the world for the Boxer Rebellion.

Thank you all for helpful infos. I learned what not to do like registry cleanup and iobit products. I installed all win7 updates, defraged the drive, cleaned with ccleaner and turned the areo on. It's so good to see areo back.
I'll see how it will behave now. If it doesn't improve, I'll re-install the win7.
